Expectations -

-You must have a minimum of 12 months car sales experience, ideally at main dealer level
-You must be committed and determined to hit and exceed your sales targets
-You must have a stable career history
-Provide the highest levels of customer service - understanding the importance of repeat business
-Experience working within a defined sales process within a main dealership (desirable)
-You must have the ability to identify further sales opportunities and consistently achieve profit, accessory, finance and insurance targets
-A full clean UK driving licence
