BASIC SALARY TO £19,000 DOE WITH GOOD CAREER PROGRESSION

I am acting for a leading Main Dealership is looking to recruit an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their busy family friendly team.


Your responsibilities:

-To accurately complete all processing and recording of all accounts
-Analyse all cash receipts and payments in line with company procedure
-Ensure that accounting and administrative records are accurately maintained
-To ensure that all paperwork and documentation is processed efficiently and accurately
-Computer literate with knowledge of word and excel with good attention to detail
-Previous experience of working in an accounts department
-You must have a good understanding of accounting information such as invoices, credit notes, payment methods and VAT and associated documentation.
-Be able to work under your own initiative as well as part of team in a busy environment
-To be successful you must have experience of being a Purchase Ledger, ideally with use of Kerridge and main dealer experience.
