Accounts Administrator required to work at a private members golf club
Approximately 20 hours per week
The post combines the financial, and some administrative, requirements of a busy office at a private members club.
• A thorough knowledge of SAGE Accounts and SAGE Payroll / a minimum of 3 years book keeping experience. Manage control accounts and have the ability to prepare accounts to trial balance ready for audit. Submit quarterly VAT returns and annual VAT adjustments.
• Excellent level of IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.) is required.
• You will be part of a team that deals with members and visitors on a daily basis and which will require proven customer services experience, tact and diplomacy.
• Candidates will need to have a flexible approach to working patterns and there will be a requirement for some weekend work.
• AAT qualification would be desirable.
