RARE OPPORTUNITY FOR A PART TIME SALES NEGOTIATOR / ADMINISTRATOR
£16-18,000 (PRO-RATA) PLUS EXCELLENT COMMISSION 16-20 HOURS PER WEEK

My Client is an award-winning independent and established family-run estate agency with an excellent reputation.
Your main role will be as a Sales Negotiator. To conduct this role you must be a self-starter with the ability to generate new business and take the sales process through from start to finish. You must have the legal and industry knowledge to not only go out and get the sales but to take the sale right through to completion. You must have a strong and proven background in property sales and have the drive and ambition to succeed. You will need to be able to quickly build and sustain relationships and have exemplary communication skills.
You will be responsible for:
Canvassing of potential sales properties
Obtaining new business
Listing properties
Registering applicants and matching properties to their requirements
Conducting viewings
Liaising between Vendors, Purchasers, and all other parties connected to the sale
Ensuring that the sales process is legally compliant in every way
Negotiating and closing deals
All associated paperwork
Requirements:
Be able to work alternate Saturdays (with day in lieu given)
Full driving licence - Use of company car during working hours
Experience in all aspects of Estate Agency
Be a good team player
Able to work under pressure and multi task
MUST HAVE experience in all aspects of Estate Agency
