About the role
We’re currently looking for a talented Sales Administrator to join our team. Your days will be busy and varied. You’ll be answering calls and responding to emails from both existing and new customers. You’ll manage LiveChat enquiries, process orders and raise purchase orders.
You’ll build reports and prepare quotations and proposals for our new business and account management teams.
You’ll be provided with full induction and training to support your existing skills and experience as well as an ongoing personal development plan.
You’ll be based in our modern offices in the centre of Tunbridge Wells.

About you
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a sales administration role
• Clear and confident on the telephone
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Great attention to detail and accuracy
• Organised and structured approach
• Keeps focussed in a busy office
• People person and team player
• Energetic, enthusiastic and positive
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook

The spec
Job title: Sales Administrator
Hours: 9am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week)
Job type: Full-time
Salary: £15—20k (depending on experience)
Benefits: 23 days holiday plus bank holidays
Annual bonus if companywide KPI’s are achieved
Location: Tunbridge Wells
