We are seeking a person who is highly motivated and very detailed, to deal with 2nd & 3rd line activities, but is also prepared to step up and deal with more sophisticated aspects of our business. This is not a role for a beginner, and would be ideally suited to someone who has several years support experience and relevant Microsoft certification.

Our clients are mostly located in London and Sevenoaks and range from small independent businesses to large multi-nationals.

• Microsoft Server 2016, 2012 R2, 2008 R2, SBS 2011;
• Microsoft Windows 7, 8 and 10;
• Cloud & Virtual hosting;
• Microsoft Exchange including hybrid Exchange with Office 365;
• Microsoft Terminal Server;
• VMWare & network / server resilience;
• Microsoft SQL;
• Linux & Cisco;

Person specification:
• At least three years’ experience in a similar role;
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft enterprise technologies;
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP networks, including Routers, Switches & Firewalls.
• Experience of Project Management;
• Good spoken and written English and well-developed listening skills;
• Analytical, methodical and detailed;
• Tenacious problem solver with great troubleshooting skills (Hardware & Software);
• Well organised and independent (able to work for extended periods without supervision);
• Capable of working well under pressure;
• Proven Team player;
• Flexible and able to demonstrate a desire to learn and develop;
