We are currently seeking for warehouse Operatives to work for one of our clients based in Broadstairs.
The job will involve unloading large sacks containing heavy products from haulage containers and placing them into the warehouse. Due to the nature of the business the containers will need to be unloaded within a set time frame. Candidates who would like to apply for this position need to be aware that this is physically demanding work with sacks weighing up to 40kg (You will not be lifting these sacks by yourself). There are strict time scales that the jobs will need to be completed by as the haulage containers need to depart from the depot at specific times. After the containers have been unloaded, candidates may be asked to work in other areas of the site so please bare this in mind.
The ideal candidates:
* Flexible with working hours
* Own transport is ideal but not essential
* Be able to work on their own as well as in part of a team
* Be able to work well to achieve targets
Working times are 08:30 start with a minimum of a four hour shift. The pay rate would be £7.83 per hour and there is a potential full time job at the end of the 12 week period for the ideal candidates.
