Our Client is looking to employ a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their busy team in Sandwich.

Your purpose is to provide mechanical & electrical engineering maintenance support.  To ensure that pharmaceutical equipment and supply services operate consistently and in compliance with regulatory requirements.  
 
 
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager your daily duties will include;

 
            - Responding to equipment break downs
            - Arranging scheduling, components and repairs
            - Support third party resources
            - Perform planned maintenance
            - Complete electronic notification/paper documents
            - Perform mechanical & electrical installation works
            - Perform testing in accordance with the mechanical engineering standards
            - Report equipment services/events that are out of regulatory compliance
            - Communicate equipment status to Operational Personnel

 
You will need;

            - Engineering Apprenticeship and engineering working experience

            - Recognised cross training/qualifications in Mechanical & Electrical

            - Experience of working within Pharmaceutical Environment

            - User level computer knowledge

            - User level knowledge of Pfizer computerised maintenance systems

            - Standard Operating Procedures and instructions relevant to Job Function
