We are looking for a head chef with experience cooking pizza in wood fired ovens. The ideal candidate should be able to work on their own to produce high quality pizzas, classic pub food and roast dinners. The candidate should be passionate about great quality produce and simple food cooked from scratch. The business itself is a small country pub with 25 covers and an excellent reputation. Food is served from Wednesday to Sunday each week. 2.5 days off per week (Sunday evening, Monday & Tuesday). All accommodation provided and bills paid. Due to rural location would suit someone with own transport who is happy in a quieter environment. £450 per week.
