We are currently searching for an experienced Housing Options Officer to join a busy and professional Housing Team located in the heart of Folkestone.
This new instruction is being presented initially on a 3 month temporary basis, thereafter to be confirmed.
There is a favourable hourly rate available, largely depending on experience. You will be working Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week.
We are searching for someone who will commit, ideally with a good appreciation of the Housing Act and who has the ability to deal with often vulnerable members of the general public.
You may have worked within a similar Housing Options Officer role before, or perhaps for the likes of Porchlight, Citizens Advice or Rainbow for example and feel ready to embrace a Housing Options position, but it is important to say, there is no ideal person and there is some degree of flexibility.
You will be working within a supportive team environment where you will ultimately assist the Housing Team in delivering an efficient and effective Housing Options, Homelessness Prevention & Statutory Homelessness Assessment Service.
If you would like to embrace the opportunity available here, please email your CV together with a short paragraph explaining why this role appeals.
