An opportunity has arisen within the Production East Operations Team for an individual to join us on a fixed term contract or secondment in the role of a Production Work Scheduler.
We are seeking a well-motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team at Hockers Lane in Detling, where you will be responsible for the planning, scheduling and control of both planned and reactive work activity for 18 technicians at over 126 Production sites.
Other duties will include being the point of contact for all third party enquiries and requests as well as purchasing tools, equipment, materials and PPE for the teams and managing stock and inventory lists.
To succeed in this role you will have:
* A good standard of education to GCSE level or above
* Understanding of mechanical/electrical maintenance activity (preferred)
* Experience of working within a work planning/scheduling environment
* Familiar with Maximo, our work management system
* IT skills
* Good organisational skills
* A full UK driving licence
This post is subject to a basic criminal record check and the Right to Work in the UK.
In return, we offer a competitive salary, a minimum of 25 days annual leave, a stakeholder pension scheme in which the maximum Company contribution is 10% and a life assurance scheme.
