We are currently looking for a part-time (21 hours per week) Supplier Auditor to support the finance department responsible for Acromas Insurance Company Limited (AICL), the group’s Gibraltar based underwriting entity and CHMC Limited (Claimfast), a credit hire and accident management company. Flexible working arrangements can be offered if required.

The role is to deliver the existing supplier audit programme. The companies have a sizable list of suppliers with the key among them delivering substantial contracts. From supporting the initial supplier due diligence process to carrying out and reporting on audit findings the aim is to identify and reduce supplier risk. Beyond this the role will require a commercial approach that seeks to add business value by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, processes or structures.

Saga is looking for a self-starter with good initiative and the ability to work independently without constant oversight. This is an exciting opportunity to learn and develop a range of digital marketing skills working in a small but forward-thinking team. You will be exposed to all the different marketing channels that help to deliver traffic to our site and use a range of industry-leading tools to help measure our performance. The primary focus will be on helping to maintain and improve our paid search activity. Although not essential, previous experience working in a paid search role would be beneficial.

As a minimum we’re looking for somebody with an analytical mind, who is able to manage daily and weekly reporting, and has the capability to interpret large sets of data.

Excellent team-working skills are a must – you will need to forge strong relationships with your colleagues across the Services marketing team.

First-rate communication skills are important, as are your numeracy and accuracy along with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work using your own initiative. In return you will be given the freedom to own your channel and drive improvement. A new role has been introduced within the Motor Marketing team which will work to identify and bring about change in customer experience by proactively identifying opportunities and working with the wider team to implement recommendations.

We will train you to work with a number of analytical tools (Adobe Analytics & Campaign) to enable you to provide insight to impact both online and offline customer journeys.

Once you’re up and running your role will be to:

Become a super-user of our insight tools such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, SessionCam & Rakuten. Helping to raise the profile of the outputs of these tools and sharing the knowledge learnt.
Use the tools to spot behavior and trends in our customer journey communicating your findings to the team.
Analyse results of changes we make to our customer journey and provide recommendations.
You should have very strong analytical skills and experience in previously dealing with data. Experience using analytical tools is preferred but an aptitude to learning new programs and technologies is essential.

Good communication skills are a must, as you will need to be persuasive when presenting your findings to the team to drive future changes forward.
