Duties will vary but would typically comprise:

Contacting clients and introducing Financial Advisors via email, post or telephone to keep them informed on progress of their case.
Chasing information from pension scheme administrators via email, post or telephone.
Liaison with the firm of Financial Advisors and their administrative team to facilitate the smooth flow of case files.

Person specification:

It is essential that you have the following personal attributes:
Previous experience in banking, financial services, pensions
you will be an enthusiastic, accurate, articulate and friendly individual
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Computer literate with experience of using MS Office applications including Excel, Word and Outlook
Strong administrative skills with a high level of accuracy and a keen eye for detail.
Highly numerate.
Ability to work as part of a team or independently.
Excellent time management.


Hours:You will be required to work 9 am - 5.30 pm Monday to Thursday and 9 am - 5 pm Friday.

Organisation of shift personnel to achieve production targets.
Maintain production and quality assurance standards and monitor adherence of staff to all work instruction and procedures
Keep up to date with current production status
At shift changeover, complete a shift handover sheet, update the 3 shift sheet and update incoming staff of production priorities, material shortages and machine performance
Monitor staff performance, attendance, sickness and holidays. Invoke warning and disciplinary procedures if necessary.
Hold shift briefings on a regular basis to keep staff up to date on current events
Seek continuous improvement, including the 5S program, within all production related departments

Responsibilities

* Advise on investment, and set budgets and financials to achieve objectives
* Be responsible for exceptional IT Services and the delivery of these into multiple clients, adhering to SLAs
* Provide leadership and mentoring to senior IT figures
* Drive improvement, change and transformation for IT Operations and Services in accordance with the business requirements and objectives
* Design and implement an IT services strategy with service delivery as a key focus
* Build relationships with new and existing clients, including key stakeholders
* Identifying improvements and adaptations to service, in order to maximise client satisfaction
* Be responsible for bid management and service bids to new clients

Experience

* Able to demonstrate a track record of excellent decision making at an extremely high level to benefit the business' strategy and operational objectives
* Experience with managing a group of third party vendors and contracts
* Extensive understanding of IT Operations, Service and Strategy
* Experience of leading IT Operations and Service within a Managed Service or Consultancy function
* Experience with managing high-profile, commercial clients
* Have a strong financial and business insight with experience of dealing with budgets in excess of £20 Million
* Ability to understand organisational objectives and to integrate IT services to achieve this
* Experience with managing change, service improvement and IT transformation within private sector environments
