We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our private health insurance digital marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to learn and develop a range of digital marketing skills working in a small but forward-thinking team. You will be exposed to all the different marketing channels that help to deliver traffic to our site and use a range of industry-leading tools to help measure our performance. The primary focus will be on helping to maintain and improve our paid search activity. Although not essential, previous experience working in a paid search role would be beneficial.

As a minimum we’re looking for somebody with an analytical mind, who is able to manage daily and weekly reporting, and has the capability to interpret large sets of data.

Excellent team-working skills are a must – you will need to forge strong relationships with your colleagues across the Services marketing team.

First-rate communication skills are important, as are your numeracy and accuracy along with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work using your own initiative. In return you will be given the freedom to own your channel and drive improvement. Knowledge of the insurance industry would be welcomed too, but it’s not essential as we’ll give you all the training you need to do an outstanding job.

Key responsibilities

– Take responsibility for marketing our new B2B platform, ensuring that key onboarding targets are met. You will plan, build, analyse and react to email campaigns aimed specifically at signed-up travel agents.
– Work with our designer to plan and build engaging email campaigns. – Track, A/B test and analyse engagement to build on our successes. – Take a proactive approach to growing our email lists.
– Use a data-driven approach to identify new opportunities for growth, and work with our content team to turn these ideas into timely, engaging and search-optimised content that resonates with our core audience. You will be making regular contributions to the Top Villas blog and helping to create a new blog for our B2B platform.
– Assist with email campaigns and content for our realty website, topvillasrealty.com, when required.
– Help to conceptualise, implement and report on new long-term marketing campaigns, both on the web and offline. Work with our social media manager and marketing manager to reach new customers in key areas through a mixture of organic and carefully targeted paid campaigns.

Requirements

– Solid understanding of the luxury travel market from a B2B and B2C perspective. Good geographical knowledge and a sound understanding of subtle cultural differences.
– Flawless written English and the ability to switch between British and American English at the drop of a hat. Must be able to follow the Top Villas style guide and brand guidelines closely and help other content producers to follow those guidelines. Experience of writing travel content is a big plus.
– A track record of driving targeted traffic (and conversions) through quality content and online campaigns.
– Sound knowledge of content marketing and all things SEO. Experience with Google Analytics and the confidence to make suggestions based on your findings.
– Good working knowledge of Mailchimp (essential) and Photoshop (desirable).
– Experience with Wordpress, plus basic HTML and CSS skills (desirable).
– The ability to work alone and as part of a busy team with weekly deadlines.

All about the Role
A CAD Draughtsperson to produce fabrication and construction drawings for architectural and structural steel work using Autocad 2D and Inventor 3D software.
Knowledge of 3D software is an advantage but not essential.
To analyse the content of specifications, site surveys and design drawings to produce working drawings to enable to safe and accurate manufacture and installation.
Carry out site surveys to secure dimensional and structural information.
Identify appropriate methods and materials to be used in manufacture along with possible design alternatives and cost efficiencies.

All About You!
Experience of architectural / structural steel drawings
Knowledge and experience of the technical elements of steel fabrication and installation.
Ability to undertake a reasonable level of technical calculations.
Fully knowledgeable with Autocad 2D as a minimum requirement
Experience in Autodesk ASD, Revit, Tekla, Stru-CAD, X-Steel would be an advantage
Candidates should have at least 5 years’ experience of architectural / structural steel drawing
Ideally experience in 3D modelling, using Inventor 3D or similar, would be preferred
Working knowledge of site installation techniques, HSEQ
Possess a good level of IT skills, be literate and adequately numerate to undertake a reasonable level of technical calculations.
