My client a well reputed and established Law Firm, are now looking to recruit a Residential Property Solicitor for their office in Mid Kent.

As an experienced Residential Solicitor, you will be joining an expanding team, handling a case-load of Sales, Purchases, Re- Mortgages and Transfer of Equity for both Freehold and Leasehold properties.

The successful applicant will have the following skills;

A passion for property law, and an ability to demonstrate a real technical understanding of all processes from beginning to completion.

Have a minimum of 1 year plus, experience managing case-loads, covering the full spectrum of residential property matters.
