You know your job inside out and you love it but you’re so ready for the next challenge. It’s just the right time to be moving on. You know the difference between brand awareness and brand extension, your KPI’s from your ROI and whether WordPress has its uses or if SEO is dead.

We’ve spent A LOT (seriously loads) of time and money trying various routes to market; experiential, video, radio, DM, print, social, you name it, and now at last after two years we’ve cracked it. We know what works in the market and what gives us the best returns. It’s working and we’re growing steadily each month.

Now we know what to do, we need your help to keep us on track, be accountable and take ownership of all our marketing channels. Although, having said that, we’re all for a bit more disruption if you have some good ideas.

We’ve got the plan, we’ve got the people, we’ve got the budget, so are you the right person to make it all happen? You’ll be leading a multi-channel marketing strategy including radio, video, social media, magazine production, PPC, web, PR, etc etc. There’ll be multiple projects running at once but that won’t faze you.

You’re probably a graduate with at least 2-3 years’ experience as a Marketing Executive/Manager. If you’ve PPC experience that would be a bonus, we want to spend significantly in this area and need some advice.

The company is a close-knit group of 20 people and this role will play a crucial part in the on-going success of our business. If you’re ready for work to be fun again (you’re going to have to have a sense of humour) and you’re prepared to invest your time in us, we’ll invest in you.

Check out what we’ve done so far. Get to understand us. Work out the target audiences we’re aiming at. Then prove to us you’ve done your research AND you’re bursting with ideas, by whizzing over some type of CV, or whatever. We don’t mind how you prove you’ve got what it takes. But you better make it interesting and engaging. If you can’t, then obviously this isn’t the job for you.
