Jnr Sous Chef – c£24k Rocksalt – Folkestone

The award winning Rocksalt Restaurant and Bar Folkestone Harbour, by Mark Sargeant is now recruiting additional members to join the Kitchen team due to the extremely busy nature of the restaurant.

We are seeking an experienced Snr CDP or Junior Sous Chef to strengthen the brigade! Working closely with the senior Chefs you will be responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen as well as supervising and training junior members of the brigade.

Ideally you will have gained experience within high volume, minimum 2 rosette kitchens as a Junior Sous or as a Senior CDP.
