The award winning Rocksalt Restaurant and Bar in Folkestone Harbour by Mark Sargeant is now recruiting additional members to join the Kitchen team due to the extremely busy nature of the restaurant.

This is a great chance to join the brigade within ‘Kent’s Best Restaurant 2014’


About you:

You must have the drive and passion to work within this quality environment, you will be used to working under pressure using the finest ingredients & equipment to produce exceptional food for all guests visiting the Restaurant & Bar.

• Relevant kitchen experience an advantage, but not essential for commis position.
• NVQ level 2, 3 preferred but not essential
• Basic Food Hygiene certificate
