We are currently recruiting for a Skilled Electrician, who will responsible for all aspects of a large industrial site in Broadstairs. Working on a day shift of 7am-3pm Monday-Friday, you will be part of a team responsible for all planned preventative maintenance, fault finding and reactive breakdowns.

From an industrial/manufacturing background, you will have experience of a plant environment with large capacity machines and 3 phase and single-phase distribution systems. You will also have the ability to work on motor switch equipment and control panels. A 17th edition certification is essential together with an Electrical City & Guilds/apprenticeship qualification. A qualification in COMPEX would be advantageous but full training will be given.

You will have a good understanding and record of working to Health and Safety rules and regulations and be comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights. You will be able to work well under pressure as you will work to strict time deadlines. You will need to be flexible in your approach as overtime is sometimes required.
