Do you have a great relationship with your manager? Our staff survey revealed that 97% of our staff do. Every single member of staff enjoys working here, and would recommend us as an employer to a friend. We think everybody deserves to feel this way about their job.

Our engineers get a kick out of getting a user back to work, and hate to see a them struggling. Our team is the reason we can continue to grow our business and continue to offer a better service to our clients.

You’ll be working on a rotating shift rota between 7am and 8pm for 40 hours a week – and if we send you to client site all travel costs will go straight onto the company credit card.

We operate follow the sun support with four engineers based in New York or Hong Kong, but there is an on-call rota for the evenings and weekends – averaging roughly 10 calls a week. We’ll provide you with a laptop and mobile for this.

The role focuses on providing remote support to users over email and the phone, and you’ll be responsible for all desktop fixes. You’ll gain valuable exposure to networking and server administration.
