Established for 25-years Network Computing Limited continues to grow in the Managed Services and Security market providing comprehensive support to business clients in the London and West Kent area.

Committed investments to new 3rd generation RMM and PSA platforms are enabling us to further increase the scope and reach of our offerings and to support this expansion we are looking for motivated and experienced 2nd Line IT Support Technicians to work internally within the Helpdesk.

We expect a minimum of 3-years previous engagement working in corporate IT or with an MSP (possibly Systems Reseller) background focused on mid to large Client-Server networks (min 25 endpoints).

This is a challenging and dynamic environment in a busy office where no two days are ever quite the same; this requires an ability to self-manage and prioritise - all the time retaining a calm and assuring telephone manner whilst dealing with Clients.

Handling workflow appropriately and efficiently between the Helpdesk, the Field Technicians and Account Managers ensures we retain our high levels of service quality for which we proudly hold ISO: 9001 certification.

Your experience and knowledge should encompass:-
o Helpdesk operation including call logging and reporting
o Server/Endpoint dashboard monitoring, event-analysis and remediation
o Data networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Infrastructure, VLAN)
o Security (Firewall, 2FA, Anti-Malware, Pentest)
o Server administration and management (Windows Server, Virtualisation Hyper-V/VMware)
o Remote connectivity (VPN, RDP)
o Desktop, printing and mainstream applications support
o Mobile device management and administration
o User management and administration
o Voice systems (VoIP, Cellular, POTS and Lines)
o Messaging Systems – On Premise and Hosted (Exchange/O365)

Applicants should provide their current CV along with an appropriate introduction explaining why they are interested in the role and what attributes and experiences they feel would make them a suitable candidate.

Based upon this information we might ask for further skills and knowledge information, though if you do not hear back from us within 5 working days you have unfortunately not been successful in your application.
