We are recruiting for an expanding organisation that offers professional support services to the public and private sectors including HR, IT and Finance.

They require a strategic Head of Finance Operations to lead on all aspects of the finance operations function for the business.

Responsibilities will include:
Establishing cultural change
Delivery of Finance Services to customers
Recovery of income
Establishing a Finance Operations Strategy
Developing future services
Managing risk
Monitoring emerging trends or products
Develop Finance resource management plans
Consult with the Finance Director on setting budgets and financial targets

It is essential that you are educated to degree level or equivalent with an accounting qualification. You will have proven experience of managing a finance function within a complex organisation or managed service environment. You will be strategic and commercial as well as having experience of public sector accounting.
