We are looking for a Food Service Manager with enthusiasm and attention to detail to provide a first class service to our residents. You will be overseeing and operating the daily food service activities with your team. Whilst providing excellent customer service you must be an understanding and caring person who is able to anticipate the needs of residents. You must be willing to welcome change and support management & team members.

You will be encouraged to participate in conveying a positive culture around the home. Be able to conduct, review and evaluate statutory requirements/performance in the department by way of training, coaching, appraisals & audits.

You must be a team player who is willing to work alongside your team to achieve all objectives.
