Full time – 37.5 hours per week

Demelza Hospice Care for Children is a charity providing hospice services for children and young people with life-limiting conditions and support for their families across Kent, East Sussex and South East London.

Do you have retail experience and are you looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to manage our charity shop in West Wickham.

With responsibility for a team of shop volunteers you will have the ability to manage and motivate people and ensure their ongoing development and training are maintained. In addition, you will have the ability to attract and recruit new volunteers to the organisation.

You will have experience in working to sales and profit targets. You will be able to secure additional income with involvement in local town events and community activities.

You will show excellent stock management and help to source the right stock for the West Wickham shop, merchandising it effectively.

You will be an excellent communicator at all levels, with a methodical and organised approach to your work.

This role will require moving and handling and will also require flexible working across the 7 day trading week.
