South East Water Choice is an active participant in the competitive market and are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team focusing on delivering an end to end retail service to business customers.



As part of this retail service we will be looking to grow our customer base and expand our range of products and services. Our Account Managers have a varied role and are multi-skilled in all aspects of customer service, billing and credit management. Training will be provided for the successful candidate.



Main responsibilities
* Provide an excellent customer experience by being flexible to resolve all customer contacts efficiently and within the regulatory timescales and to provide a 'One stop resolution' for the customer.
* Promoting a wide range of products and services to maximise sales opportunities.
* To bill and maintain customer accounts to reflect cyclical billing, meter exchanges, meter options, etc. To ensure that all bills produced and validated are clear, accurate and timely.
* Take control and demonstrate initiatives when presented with customer issues and make necessary recommendations to provide solutions.
* Be responsible for all debt collection activities on a daily basis for a portfolio of customers, including contacting customers who have defaulted on their instalment plans ensuring standard recovery procedures are used.
* Liaise with Wholesalers and other Retailers, in order that the customer receives a high standard of service and to ensure that we are compliant with all timescales and regulations.
* Achieving agreed set targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
* Adhere to business processes, data protection, regulatory compliance and attendance.
* Consistently ensure excellent data quality input onto the High Affinity system and all other affiliated systems.
* Be flexible with requests to change working patterns, hours and workflows that are required to support business objectives and by being part of a stand by rota emergency periods.
* Build relationships with peers and colleagues to enhance the team working environment, resolve customer problems and ensure successful productivity.
