We are looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team here at RARK Solutions.


The Recruitment Consultant will join our commercial recruitment team placing permanent candidates across Kent and the South East.


This is very much a 360 Recruitment role and will involve a large amount of new business, targeting specific clients by phone, email and face to face.


Other responsibilities will include:
Responsible for the delivery of permanent candidates to existing vacancies.
Responsible for regular reporting and analysis of recruitment activities
Responsible for maintaining market knowledge and developing business opportunities
Responsible for hitting personal billing targets
Responsible for key account management


We are looking for candidates who are very driven, have bags of energy and have a desire to create business. Ideally you will have a proven track record of developing new business and experience of managing clients and candidates.

Year one - with our commission structure I would expect a Consultant to earn circa £60k.


The typical working hours are: 9am - 5.30pm / Monday - Friday
