Skills For Employment are looking for a Construction Tutor to work collaboratively in developing, delivering and assessing learning for our Construction pupils.

Applicants must; hold a City & Guilds level 3 construction qualification, have appropriate assessor experience and be able to evidence their capability of working and sustaining the relevant vocational standards. Applicants will need to have verifiable and relevant industry experience and be experienced in training (preferably with young people aged 14 to 19) and have an Enhanced CRB.

Excellent communication skills, an enthusiasm for your professional discipline and an ability to motivate and encourage people are essential. Previous teaching or training experience and possession of TQFE and Assessor/Verifiers Awards would be desirable.

At the same time you will be given the chance to train for further qualifications leading in turn to possible advancement.

Candidates must ensure that their referees are available and willing to provide a reference at short notice.
