Porchlight is a strategic lead in a delivery network promoting recovery and wellbeing for people with mental health issues. We have an exciting opportunity for you to become part of our strategic team helping to develop the network and ensure its success.

As a Development and Monitoring Officer, you will combine great people skills, attention to detail and your passion to see excellent services for the most vulnerable in society. You will work with our wide range of network partners to ensure dynamic, responsive, person centred, innovative, high quality services.

Your role will be to establish positive working relationships, monitor contract performance and ensure outcomes and targets are met. You will work with all network partners and stakeholders and will assist in community asset mapping, community development and building community capacity.
