You’ll help customers with their holiday choices, delivering an experience that has them coming back time and time again. Talking to our customers on the phone, you’ll help them find a holiday that is just perfect for them. Experience in a contact centre would be useful but more important is the ability to communicate easily with people, to listen to them and to give them a great customer experience.

You will need the drive and tenacity to exceed targets and the genuine desire to ensure that every customer receives exceptional service. Well organised with good PC skills, you will have the natural ambition to succeed in this demanding yet rewarding role.
And the more you do achieve, the more you can earn! While your basic starting salary will be £14,014, your average expected on target earnings can reach up to £2500 in the first year!
