Demelza Hospice Care for Children is a charity providing hospice services for children and young people with life-limiting conditions and support for their families across Kent, East Sussex and South East London.

Are you passionate and enthusiastic about fashion and retail and do you have a proven track record for driving sales and meeting targets?

We are looking for an individual who has the experience of managing and motivating a team of staff to attain income targets and maintain excellent standards within our shops. You will relish the challenge of improving profitability and productivity as well as ensuring the smooth running of a group of charity shops across East Sussex and Kent.

You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and with your previous line management experience will have the capability to motivate a team of staff and volunteers. You must be able to prioritise a constantly changing workload and be flexible to meet the demands of the business and nature of the role.

This role requires extensive travel throughout Kent and East Sussex so a valid driving licence is essential for this role. For insurance purposes you must be aged over 21, with 2 years post-test driving experience. A vehicle will be provided for your use. Hours will need to be worked flexibly over the 7 day trading week and will include weekend working.
