Our client, an independent, well established and expanding Recruitment Specialist is looking for a Recruitment Manager to join their busy team.

With a turnover of 3 million, an office of circa 20 employees and impressive growth plans, this is a fantastic opportunity and a very exciting time to become an integral part of the organisation and help to drive the business forward.

The ideal candidate must have managerial experience in a recruitment business as well as a solid background as a Consultant in a multi sector environment.

This role will suit an enthusiastic, ambitious and honest professional, a well organised and creative ideas person who can fit in well with a strong team, but have the ability to lead from the front and take control.

Basic salary to £50,000 plus bonus - first year realistic OTE 70K and great career progression.
