Our client is looking for a proactive, hardworking and dedicated Chartered Building Surveyor to join their firm on a permanent, full time basis. Our client’s portfolio ranges from a variety of sectors from Commercial, Residential, Educational, Industrial as well as much more.

Role Overview:

• Dilapidations.
• Party Wall Surveys.
• Condition Surveys.
• Asset Management.

Essential Experience:

• Private Practice/ Consultancy Building Surveying experience.
• Experience in Commercial and Residential properties.
• Professional Building Surveying matters.
• MSc/MSc in Building Surveying.
• Experience in a client-facing role.
• Effective communication skills.
