Our client is looking for a Commercial Parts Sales Advisor, to join their expanding team on a full time basis, based in Rochester.

Must have previous experience and be a confident communicator, with a driven focused sales approach, with a commercial aptitude for closing sales. Friendly and professional and an excellent telephone manner.

Duties include:

• Inbound and outbound calls to potential and current clients.
• Account management of client cases.
• Providing an efficient and effective customer service to all clients and customers.
• Selling and up-selling vehicle parts.
• Dealing with queries and complaints from customers and clients
• Generating quotes
• Keep customers up to date by completing any paperwork, quotes and communicating status’s of ongoing orders/deliveries
• Daily office administration.
