Job Description:

Hours per week – Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
Starting Salary-circa £20,000 pa

General administrative duties to include the following:

• Checking for new leads and collating the required paperwork for each ready for suitability report stage.

• Logging new leads on the pre-submission spreadsheet, ensuring each stage is updated accurately.

• Completing final compliance checks prior to submission, ensuring attention to detail and accuracy.

• Submitting new business, checking all the data and flagging up any issues or discrepancies

• Logging new submissions on the spreadsheet, ensuring each stage is updated accurately.

• Post and dealing with any issues that may arise from it.

• Scanning and saving of paperwork, ensuring that it is directed to the right lead or person.

• Liaising with lead generators on client activity and status of work via telephone, email and spreadsheet updates.

• Liaising with lead generators on any issues that may arise.

• Dealing with any general enquiries from clients, providers and lead generators, through telephone or email.

• Answering the phone.

• Making drinks and washing up when required.

• Any other duties which may arise.
