SM needed for New build Residential scheme in Croydon, 50 units - 20 Month programme. Growing Contractor

Your new company
A well known Kent based Contractor working across multiple sectors including Housebuilding, Education, Cyclical maintenance & Commercial Refurb. After a strong 2015 they are continuing to grow with 3 newbuild schemes due on site imminently all in the £3 - 5 million range. They now seek a Permanent site manager to take on a 50 unit project in Croydon.

Your new role
Working as part of a 2 man management team overseeing a part new build, part refurb/conversion project in the central Croydon area. Due on site imminently the project is programmed for just under 2 years with other works in the area to follow. As site manager you will be responsible for short term programming, RAMS, health & safety, quality control, flow of information to head office and external consultants and the general day to day subcontract management,

What you'll need to succeed
Experience of working on small to medium residential projects along with valid 1st aid, CSCS & SMSTS qualifications. As this is a permanent role a stable career history is also preferred.
