QS, Croydon, Established Local Contractor, £35k-£45k, immediate need. Private Residential Projects

Our client are an established medium sized Main contractor based in the greater Croydon area, working on private Residential & Mixed use developments they work across SE London & Croydon , typically on project sizes of between £2 - 10 mill.

With 3 new sites due to start in the coming months they are entering a period of planned expansion which in turn has led to the need for a project QS to join the team.

As project QS you will be responsible for 2-3 Schemes depending on size reporting to the commercial Director.upcoming projects include 4 x 800k houses, 3 x £1.5 mill houses and a block of 25 private apartments.

Interested candidates will need a stable surveying background with experience of working for a main contractor or developer. They will also be comfortable managing sites from pre-contract through to final account. Reporting to the director and having complete financial control of the project.

This is a permanent role based in the Greater Croydon area, therefore candidates are must also live within reasonable distance and have a stable employment history.
