Project Manager - Ebbsfleet - Permanent - £65k-£75k - New build residential - 400 units

Your new company

Permanent Project Manager required for a Kent based house builder. With a rapidly growing order book and equally ambitious build targets, they are considered one of the fastest growing Construction companies in the region. Working on new build residential schemes at the 100 - 300 unit mark, projects are typically located in the North & Central Kent area's with approximately 10 schemes currently on site.

Your new role

As Project Manager you will have overall responsibility for 2 large phases on a flagship scheme in North Kent, the phases are a mixture of timber frame houses and apartments and total 450 units.

What you'll need to succeed

Due to the Size and nature of the project it is essential you can demonstrate a background in running large new build residential sites consisting of 100+ units. You will ideally come from a house building background and be used to working to tight programmes with a large management team to direct. You will be comfortable making and delivering difficult decisions and keeping the multiple subcontractors in line and working together.
