Salary: £21,000-£23,000 plus tips

50 Hours per week 7 shifts over 5 days

Samphire is a Kentish Bistro which is open for brunch, lunch and dinner. We are passionate about locally sourced, seasonal produce, and over the last ten years, have built up long- standing relationships with some of Kent’s best and most respected suppliers. Our food is smoked, pickled, fermented, churned and sous vide in-house with integrity.

The ideal candidate will:

·Be motivated and passionate about fresh seasonal produce.

·Have previous experience working in a similar role.

·Demonstrate excellent communication skills.

·Be able to work effectively as part of a team.
