The Role

The role will be to drive a plant lorry out of your base depot to various sites in and around Kent and London. It will include the loading and offloading of plant, ensuring all loads are secure at all times and the expectation would be for professional driving at all times in terms of safety, fuel performance, road awareness and high levels of customer service when making deliveries and collecting to our customers sites.

Responsibilities will include:

• Loading and unloading of heavy plant equipment.
• Using iPad device for delivery & collection of plant.
• Comply with all site Health & Safety regulations and legislations


Qualifications & skills:

• A driver DIGI Card is required - DO NOT apply if you do not have one of these, as the lorries we have require cards
• Ideally have a CSCS card
• Competent in the loading and unloading of heavy plant equipment
• A clean driving licence is preferred, but we will allow a maximum of 3 points
• Good written and spoken English is required
• Smart appearance
• Excellent customer service skills
• Confident and flexible attitude

Hours: 48 hour working directive or 52.5 hours per week on shift pattern between 6am and 6pm (Saturdays upon request)
