We are currently recruiting an Electrical based engineer for a well-known company. This is an exciting opportunity with great earning potential of a salary up to £40,000. The successful candidate will need to be multi-skilled being able to complete electrical and mechanical work.

The ideal candidate needs to be able to provide electrical and mechanical expertise to ensure the sustained safe and efficient working of the production machinery and all site equipment and services.

Key Responsibilities:
® To carry out new installations and modifications to existing equipment
® To maintain and repair mechanical and electrical equipment and machinery to an excellent standard in line with all relevant legislation, health and safety laws and company codes of practice and hygiene legislation.

Experience required:
® Must have a minimum of city and guilds qualification in electrical or a very strong back ground in electrical
® Experienced with factory services and 415V
® Pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical experience
® Knowledge of all types of industrial electrical motors
® Able to build electrical control panels
® 3 phase production machinery
® Able to quickly and effectively diagnose and resolve faults including PLC control
