FREELANCE SETTING OUT ENGINEER

Are you a Freelance Setting Out Engineer? Do you have recent experience working with a groundworks contractor? Are you looking for a long term freelance role?

If the answer is yes, then this is the perfect opportunity with an well known groundworks contractor, who hold an excellent reputation in the local region.

You will be responsible for:

* Setting out areas, using drawings provided
* Quality Assurance
* Carrying out precise works to project specifications
* Keeping site records
* Ordering materials
* Liaising with site staff

Requirements:

* Degree / HND qualified
* AutoCAD
* Use of Total Stations or GPS (own kit would be an advantage)
* Experience in groundworks
* Ability to explain design ideas and plans clearly and concisely
* Excellent communicator both written and verbal
* Ability to work within budgets and to tight deadlines
* Ability to work within a team
