Following direction from the Head Housekeeper and Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure all accommodation within the Castle, Maidens Tower, Stable Courtyard, Holiday Cottages and Day Visitor routes are cleaned to the highest standards.

KEY TASKS

 To participate in the cleaning and servicing of all accommodation and the day visitor route, making sure that all items on cleaning checklists are completed, ensuring they are prepared to the highest standard. To ensure any problems are reported to the Assistant Housekeeper or Accommodation Manager.

 To support the Assistant Housekeeper by participating in arranging the laundry and any necessary dry cleaning, making up bags to send to the laundry.

 To participate in the washing of the towels in house, for all accommodation.

 To attend guest rooms as required, providing the residing guests with replenishment of toweling and ensuring the continued cleanliness of bathrooms and bedrooms.

 To attend on site for the turn down of guest bedrooms during the evening when occupied, as required.

 To provide an evening clean within the castle and function rooms during a hospitality event, as required.
