We are currently looking for talented and motivated new business recruitment consultants to join us, there are currently openings in our Longfield (dartford area) and Medway offices.

We are looking for experienced hard-working and ambitious consultants to join our team and work with us to expand the business whilst building themselves a successful career in recruitment.

The Role
• Building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and developing new business opportunities. Negotiating fees and contracts.
• Screening and shortlisting candidates before submission to clients to ensure that only the best candidates are selected to be put forward.
• Maintaining relationships with and giving excellent customer service to candidates to maintain a pool of people in your industry sector.
• Maximising Business Development opportunities
• Keeping up-to-date records of clients, employers and vacancies to ensure database integrity

Experience
• You must have proven experience as a recruitment consultant.
• You must be passionate about delivering great service to both clients and candidates.

The basic salary is negotiable depending on experience but we offer a very competitive commission structure with an uncapped OTE and realistic targets.
