Due to market growth we are looking for sales driven Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our successful business in Crawley.

Your new role
As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you will be managing the end to end recruitment life cycle, helping both our clients and candidates achieve a lasting impact. You will be responsible for winning new clients as well as maintaining and developing further relationships with existing clients, through both telephone and face to face meetings. You will be sourcing and meeting new candidates, through various means including advertising and networking. You will also maintain regular contact with existing candidates using our market leading database, whilst consistently hitting KPI's and targets.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a proven track record of success in previous employment and will demonstrate the ability to thrive working in a high performance, corporate sales environment. Alternatively, you will demonstrate relatable education and be looking for a rewarding role that offers unrivalled career progression opportunities. Your unbeatable interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with your candidates and clients, which will be vital to your own success and the success of the business.
