Our client is looking for an experienced Personal Assistant on a P/T basis to assist with the running of a busy office. The role is varied, and includes taking minutes at meetings, basic accounting tasks, dealing with queries by phone and email, assisting with marketing, helping to organize events, word processing and other administrative tasks.

You will need to have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanour, a good work ethic, be self motivated and work flexibly. You must be IT literate with a sound knowledge of MS Office and be able to use basic spreadsheets and Powerpoint. Accuracy is important, as is attention to detail.
