We are currently recruiting a sales focused Customer Services Assistant for an exciting opportunity for a well established organisation.

The hours will be: Monday to Friday 3PM - 11PM.

You will be responsible for:
* Internal and external communications
* Contacting customers via telephone, email and web access
* Maintain a continuous knowledge of a customer requirements
* Very high standard of customer service levels
* Up-selling packages, outbound calling to maximise potential business
* Compliance, including data entry, in house systems and file management

We are looking for applicants with the following:
* Own transportation essential due to hours and public transport access
* Must have previous telephone experience
* Must have advanced PC skills including Word and Excel.
* Must be hard working, committed and reliable
