CMS is recruiting for a Dutch Speaker to work in a busy call centre in the Dover area. We are seeking professional, enthusiastic and reliable candidates to make bookings and resolve queries providing a high standard of customer service at all times. All calls must be answered in a timely and efficient manner and all customer information dealt with according to the Data Protection Laws.
