Job Description

Contribute through awareness of the realization of food costs and productivity expectations
Knowledgeable with regard to club fire safety, health and hygiene requirements and how to operate kitchen firefighting equipment.
Contribute ideas for the club operation affecting food and beverage service and planning.
Attend meetings and training programs as required.
Adhere to set standards of food portion control and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen on a day today basis.
Establish and maintain effective employee relations within the department and the club.
Have a clear understanding of the club’s employee handbook and regulations stated within.
Always strive to exceed expectations of yourself and those of seniors.
Promote teamwork within, the kitchen, food and beverage department and other department.
