We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Sales Person to join our established IT Support Client in South East London.

The successful candidate will be enrolled in a training programme with our Client. Working alongside an experienced sales person you will be provided with full training and support. On successful completion of the training programme you will be offered a position as an Account Manager within their business.

Whilst training you will:

• Complete sales skills training courses which include:
o Prospecting
o Appointment making
o Project consultation
o Presenting proposals
o Negotiating
o Account management.
• Learn about personal performance monitoring
• Learn how to work with and develop a high quality prospect database
• Learn how to effectively manage contacts & activities and how to book appointments.
• Attend appointments with experienced consultant to learn firsthand & on the job
• Gain experience in the entire sales process from initial contact to deal completion

This is a target driven position with performance monitoring based on number of calls completed, call time, appointments booked/attended & deal profit

Working 9am – 5.30pm
