Our client, a leader in their niche field, who manufacture and supply life saving communication and associated equipment in to the Marine industry, are actively seeking due to continued growth, a Part Time Accounts Assistant to support the Finance/Administration Manager.



Key Responsibilities:

*

Processing invoices
*

Handling incoming queries and payment issues
*

Preparing payment runs
*

Preparing supplier statement reconciliations
*

Dealing with Purchase orders
*

Chasing Debtors
*

All other duties as required, along with additional project work alongside the Finance/Administration Manager
*

VAT Returns etc..

Specific Skills :

*

More than 2 years' experience in a commercial environment
*

AAT Qualified an advantage
*

Good written and verbal communication skills
*

A hard working, team player mentality



This is a part time position 5 days per week Monday - Friday - suggested hours 9.00 am - 1. 00 pm but flexible
